Seounghee Lee
이승희는 개와 인간의 유대관계를 출발점으로 회화, 조각, 설치를 병행하며 인간–동물–세계의 관계 속의 다양한 얽힘을 탐구해왔다. 오브제와 신화적 존재를 결합한 하이브리드 조형을 통해 다중적 관계를 표상하고 개인적 경험을 기반으로 사회적 신화의 영역으로 확장하며 인간과 비인간의 관계적 지평과 공존 가능성을 모색한다.

Seounghee Lee is a visual artist who envisions a world where human and non-human beings coexist. Beginning with the emotional bond between dogs and humans, she works across painting, sculpture, and installation to explore the intricate entanglements that emerge within the relationship between humans, animals, and the world. Through hybrid forms that merge objects and mythological figures, Lee visualizes multiple layers of connection, expanding her practice from personal experience into the realm of collective mythology to examine the possibilities of coexistence between human and non-human life.
